Weight allowance

There is none. You must be exactly on your agreed upon weight, or under. You have until weigh-ins conclude to make weight.
Gear

All adult fighters must wear elbow pads and gloves.
All youth fighters must wear shin pads, gloves, elbow pads, and headgear.
We provide gloves, shin guards, and elbow pads.
All athletes must provide their own thai shorts, mouth piece, cup, hand wraps, and headgear.
Ruleset

Regardless of age or experience: traditional, full rules amateur muay thai.
Media Passes

Each athlete/ team is encouraged to bring their own media person. All we ask is that you register with us (via email) prior to the event to go over some ground rules, and check in with us the day of, in case anything has changed. We’ll have a table where you can pick up your media pass the day of the fights.
We also kindly ask that you share your raw footage with us; we’ll give you credit, of course. We’re a community based promotion, and we’d love to use the different perspectives to highlight our event.

We’re still working out the details, we’re not sure yet, since this is our first show.

Kids

We’re a family-friendly event. We encourage you to bring your kids! Children 12 and under are free and do not need a ticket for entry.
Food and Bevs

No outside food or drinks, except water.
Food and beverage vendors will be on-site throughout the event offering a variety of delicious foods, snacks, desserts, and drinks available for purchase. We will have local food businesses and menu prices range from $5 - $17.
Most vendors will accept both cash and card. We do recommend bringing cash for this event and coming with a group to try a little bit from everywhere!

The event is indoors with the food vendors in a shaded outdoor area. Pets are not allowed in the indoor portion of the event.

Ticketing and Schedule
Tickets are split between an early afternoon session (starting at 3:00p) and a later afternoon session (starting at 5:30). They are the same price, and are good for the full event day.
If you don’t plan on getting to the event until later, or until the main card, purchase the 5:30 ticket.
